• Pain, swelling, and firmness in the buttock area may occur in the first days.

• Sleeping and sitting positions should be adjusted; lying on the side or stomach is usually recommended.

• Strenuous physical activity and heavy exercise should be avoided for 2–3 weeks.

• It may take several months for the implants to fully settle and swelling to subside.

Regular follow-up, careful wound care, and proper use of compression garments support healthy recovery and favorable results.
